- Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers manufacturing or design defects. - Exceptions or Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage from normal wear and tear, consumable parts, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications. Additionally, damage or defects caused by failure to follow the instructions provided with the product will invalidate the warranty. - Proof of Purchase Required:
To file a warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase, which includes an order receipt, confirmation email, or invoice. - Repair or Replacement:
At our discretion, we will either repair or replace any defective product covered under this warranty. - Discontinued Products:
If the product is no longer available, a comparable replacement product may be offered, if applicable. - Processing Timeframe:
Warranty claims are processed as quickly as possible. While most claims are resolved within 7 business days, processing time may extend to several weeks depending on part availability. - Shipping Responsibilities:
Domestic customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the product to us, and we cover the cost of shipping the repair or replacement back to you.
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the return of the product to us and the shipment of the repaired or replacement item. - Transferable Warranty:
This warranty is fully transferable and applies to all owners of the product, where proof of purchase can be provided.
